Our website serves as the home for our personal brand and includes, among other things:

  • A page for purchasing books

  • A page for enrolling in mentorship programs

  • Free seminars and educational content

  • Paid coaching sessions

We may add, change, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Books, mentorship programs, and coaching sessions are offered at the prices listed on our website at the time of purchase. Free seminars have no associated cost unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, or as required by law. Refund and cancellation terms for mentorship programs and coaching sessions are set out separately in our Mentorship Terms.

We reserve the right to change pricing for our books, mentorship programs, coaching sessions, or other paid offerings at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

User-Generate Content

If you submit testimonials, comments, questions, or other content to us (including during seminars, coaching sessions, or mentorship), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for purposes related to promoting and operating our Services (for example, in testimonials or marketing materials), unless you request otherwise in writing.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit and confirm that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

Termination of mentorship or coaching arrangements specifically (including any applicable refunds) is governed by our Mentorship Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you are subscribed to our email list, we will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
