These Intellectual Property / Digital Resource Terms (“IP Terms”) explain the ownership of, and permitted use of, the content and digital resources made available by Niki Millions, a DBA of NorthStar Legacy Holdings, Inc., and Begin Within Publishing, LLC (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website, books, mentorship programs, seminars, coaching sessions, and any related materials (together, the “Content”).

By accessing, downloading, purchasing, or otherwise using our Content, you agree to these IP Terms.

Ownership

All Content available through our website and Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, branding, books, worksheets, affirmation cards, templates, videos, audio, seminar materials, mentorship materials, the Life Path Calculator and related numerology tools, and the overall look and feel of our website — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly stated in these IP Terms, no rights, title, or interest in any Content are transferred to you.

License Granted To You

When you purchase or access our Content, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that Content for your own personal, non-commercial use. This means you may:

  • View, download, and use the Content for your own personal growth, education, or reference

  • Print worksheets, affirmation cards, or similar materials for your own personal use

Digital resources such as worksheets, affirmation cards, templates, guides, and similar downloadable materials (“Digital Resources”) are licensed to you, not sold, even where you have paid for access. Your right to use a Digital Resource is subject to these IP Terms and, where applicable, any separate purchase or program terms provided at the time of purchase.

Digital Resources may not be shared, forwarded, uploaded to shared drives or group platforms, or redistributed in any form, even for free, without our prior written consent.

Trademarks

“Niki Millions,” “Begin Within Publishing,” and any associated logos, names, or branding are trademarks of Niki Millions and Begin Within Publishing, LLC. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.

User-submitted Content

If you submit content to us (such as testimonials, comments, or materials shared during coaching, mentorship, or seminars), you retain ownership of that content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it for purposes related to operating and promoting our Services, as described in our Terms of Use.

Attribution

If we permit limited sharing or quotation of our Content (for example, a short excerpt on social media), we require clear attribution to Niki Millions / Begin Within Publishing, LLC, along with a link back to our website where applicable.

Copyright Infringement or Takedown Requests

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our website in a way that constitutes infringement, please contact us with:
